Look out .... It's "shaking in my boots" time!!

You know who has those spears.

    No, who? Britney?

I'm sure AGA loves the fact you like to keep bringing his name

Sylvester McCoy ended Doctor Who, Dave Yadallee ended
    RADWM...

See, in life there's always symmetry!

McCoy did not end DW as proven in 1996 .

No, a bullet in San Francisco ended him instead.

And then we got Paul McGann.

    IIRC, "half-human" went down well...

However, if people can go around saying "Doctor Who" ended in
2017 and expect to be taken seriously, then I am entitled to say
it ended in 1989. Why is my opinion any different from anyone
    else's?!

In 1989 Sylvester McCoy (admitidly with some help from the BBC)
    killed Doctor Who. So there!!!

The evils ones here and Michael Grade and Jonathan Powell.

Does anyone miss the good old days when there was a moderated Doctor Who
group where we could discuss Doctor Who? We didn't have to worry about
trolls or flamers and everything worked perfectly because the moderaters treated everyone fairly and with respect, and there was never any drama
that spilled over into this group.

what happened was gweep.ca went down and no one was able to find him
    so radwm closed shop.

    Not really.

The only highlight of RADWM was when Dave put himself forward as
a moderator and only got one vote, from himself!

Who worries about trolls or flamers? Most [decent] newsreaders
have filters and killfiles, so if don't want to hear from
    someone, use them.

I am always wary of people who give themselves powers over what
other people can say, like moderators of online forums, who read
your messages first to see if they are acceptable or not. It
kind of goes against what Usenet was about.

Plus, a bit of online drama can be quite entertaining when
    there's nothing on the TV.
