... Indeed, I once had a dream where I'd been dragged before omniversal
police for exactly that. I was visiting relatives at the time, and I'd
just watched some X-Men '97 cartoons with one of them. So I told them
my dream, and we basically continued my trial (during breakfast). I
claimed that if the United Nations can pardon Magneto for crimes against humanity based on his public service, I could be pardoned for the same.
They had to admit that argument, provided I act like a responsible
writer henceforward. (That was before I got Sappy in trouble, of
course. Don't tell anyone!)
