While not necessarily a giant boat anchor, it's still a large piece of equipment just to amplify a single channel of audio - but that's what I
like about it, it's simple compared to a lot of other signal tracers.
This one was picked up from a local antique store as not working, but
all it needed was a good switch cleaning and the tubes re-seated.
It's working and sitting in my main room as a display piece for now, it
will get new filters at some point because 75 year old capacitors are
not what's for dinner.
