    To All A Happy Christmas

    Similar sentiments from me, too.

It's 0410 on Christmas day here, and I didn't see any signs of Santa
on my morning walk, so he must have passed through earlier.

The 6 mile Starkey Trail that takes me out to the Suncoast Bike Trail
was busy, but I had both ways on 19 miles of the Suncoast almost
totally to myself. A very pleasant surprise.

I was the only person at the diner for coffee this morning.
Returned here about 7:00 and had a nice albeit short ride. 3 degrees,
dead calm under a thick fog. Very quiet in fog and the trees are frosted sparkly with rime. Pretty in its way.

It is 10am here and Merry Christmas from the flatland's. Managed
yesterday to get in a 50 mile ride outside, today on the trainer.
Although I did get out for 5 mile race-walk I call my runs. Christmas is
nice but after 5 years without my beloved Mary Jo it just is not the same.

    Peace to All.

Christmas, though at the entirely incorrect time of the year is a celebration of the birth of Christ.
