Still Xmas eve here, but I will travel early tomorrow to visit
my son. Wife is doing the cooking as I type.
So .... Happy Xmas to all from Brazil too.

    Similar sentiments from me, too.

It's 0410 on Christmas day here, and I didn't see any signs of Santa
on my morning walk, so he must have passed through earlier.

The 6 mile Starkey Trail that takes me out to the Suncoast Bike Trail
was busy, but I had both ways on 19 miles of the Suncoast almost
totally to myself. A very pleasant surprise.

When I used to work Christmas I’d have the commute in empty roads and
parks, and only see traffic by mid morning! Parks would get busy on
returning ie folks booted out of house so others can cook!

People need electricity to light up their decorations, so I used to
work holidays, too. It never bothered me because I never got into the celebration thing. I do it because the people I care about do get into
it. I'm glad when it's over.

I was the only person at the diner for coffee this morning.
Returned here about 7:00 and had a nice albeit short ride.
3 degrees, dead calm under a thick fog. Very quiet in fog
and the trees are frosted sparkly with rime. Pretty in its way.

It is 10am here and Merry Christmas from the flatland's. Managed
yesterday to get in a 50 mile ride outside, today on the trainer.
Although I did get out for 5 mile race-walk I call my runs. Christmas is
nice but after 5 years without my beloved Mary Jo it just is not the same.

    Peace to All.

It's traditional for Jews to go for Chinese food and possibly a movie
    on Christmas day: <https://www.google.com/search?q=jewish+chinese+food+christmas&udm=2>
One reason is that the only restaurants open on Christmas day were
Chinese. There are other reasons: <https://www.denverilluminations.com/_blog/why-is-the-american-jewish-christmas-linked-to-chinese-food>
My reason is it's because Chinese Wonton soup is very similar to
Jewish Kreplach soup. I stocked up at Costco: <https://www.costcobusinessdelivery.com/bibigo-mini-wontons%2C-chicken-%2526-cilantro%2C-3-lbs.product.100241814.html>

I don't recall ever riding in the winter cold, but I do miss quiet
winter mornings in Wisconsin with fresh snow on the ground. My
Christmas Eve ride was in the high sixties with a light 8/10 MPH wind
that slowed down the first half of my ride and speeded up the second
    half.

Some folks, do Christmas as you were on Christmas Eve much like wedding
rings on fingers other than the default and so on.
