trans athletes, in theory someone who transitioned before puberty would be

Sorry, but it's a real issue and it has gotten worse, but lately, and

Gays are pretty much accepted, because it's really nobody's business
who other people sleep with and the fact that being gay is not a
bother to anyone and the fact that gays don't make any demands on
other people. I know homosexuals of both genders and mostly, they do
not want to treated any different than if they were not gay. The trans thing doesn't become a bother either until they demand to be treated
in accordance to their falsified gender.

Of COURSE it's nobody's business that that queers exist. As long as they are NOT presented in any way as normal. Remember, they are entirely unpredictable and you don't give them the power to wage war or change the Constitution to suit DEI objectives.
