Because banning trans women from competing in sports will help
eliminate
waste and fraud in the government, right?
There's no such thing as "trans women."
"Trans woman"
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trans_woman>
"Transgender women are women who were assigned male at birth"
Hmmmm.? Comprised of a few billion cells, each with all and only X
chromosomes? Unless that, it's untrue.
There's significantly more to gender than chromosomes, whether the >homophobic patriarchy wants to accept it or not.
Assumes "facts" not in evidence.

Life isn?t a simple as that, nor biology see intersex folks! Folks on >>>>>> hormone therapy and so on, while I have reservations about participating in
sporting events, and access particularly to women?s spaces needs to be done
cautiously if at all, and frankly should be done case by case ie let the
folks who have experience and skill make decisions rather than politics.
Within reason if it walks like a duck let it be a duck.
0.4 % of population are trans and split into 3 ie trans men/women/non >>>>>> binary.
The chances of encounters so vanishingly small, this is almost entirely
being used for culture wars, and the algorithm which go for hate as that
will get engagement ie clicks ie makes money from folks dumb enough to get
wound up but such stuff, your being played by your media.
Roger Merriman
NO, I'm standing up for women who don't want to have to compete in >>>>> athletics with men and don't want to have men in their locker rooms >>>>> and rest rooms.
As this is nominally a cycling group I?ll note that UCI events have banned
trans athletes, in theory someone who transitioned before puberty would be
eligible but don?t believe there are any.
I believe most sports are similar ie realised that equality isn?t the same
as fairness and all that jazz.
Note as ever it?s always trans women as that?s what gets the hate and >>>> attention, which is what the media and so on want.
I have no problem if some guy simply wants to dress up like, and
pretend to be a woman or visa versa. No one is asking you to date them etc!
Roger Merriman
Sorry, but it's a real issue and it has gotten worse, but lately, and
thankfully, there are some controls being initiated. I think, in the
end, the "trans" thing will dies a slow death... thanks to people
speaking out against it.

I think it was overreach for sports and few other areas, but this has been >> rolled back/clarified over last few years, as ever these things follow
fairly predictable cycles see Gay rights and so on.
Roger Merriman
Gays are pretty much accepted, because it's really nobody's business
who other people sleep with and the fact that being gay is not a
bother to anyone and the fact that gays don't make any demands on
other people. I know homosexuals of both genders and mostly, they do
not want to treated any different than if they were not gay. The trans thing doesn't become a bother either until they demand to be treated
in accordance to their falsified gender.
