Easy to understand.
While Obama was POTUS there was not a widespread conspiracy at
the Federal and state levels to put ex-POTUS George W. Bush
in prison. Obama was not inflaming passions and increasing
terrorist threats by calling his predecessor the greatest
threat to the world.
