Don’t mind her, she’s just trying to say things that sound good.
    Never mind.

If you thought cracking down on price gouging was a key element of the
Kamala Harris economic program — because she said as much in her
economic speech a couple of weeks ago — it turns out you were mistaken.

Harris merely wanted people to know how seriously she takes escalating
    prices at the grocery store.

It was only a minor suggestion — trifling, really — to replicate the small-scale anti-price-gouging laws seen at the state level.

Regardless, we all know that there will never be the votes to pass it
    through Congress.

In short, nothing to see here. Can’t we get back ...

Harris campaign and Democrats are walking back their economically
illiterate plan because they have since found out that voters didn't
like it or buy it. Voters were not as economically illiterate as they
had originally supposed, as the plan was always meant as a pander. If it
had worked as intended Harris would still be pushing it.

Privately, Harris explained: "Relax, I don't really intend to do this.
I'm just saying some stuff that stupid people want to hear so they'll
    vote for me.

For anyone who believes for a second anything Harris said about
supporting Israel, this episode should convince you not to believe it.

First, even as she was saying that, in the next breath she was
castigating we Jews for having the affrontery for actually seeking out
and destroying the organization devoted to our genocide that had
slaughtered us by the hundreds and taken hostages that they continue to
hold and torture to this day.

But now we see that even when Harris starts with "believe me" and lays
out a specific policy position we cannot in fact believe what she says.
