Is there no add music option in iPhone's iOS v18.4.1's Photos app for
videos? Or do I not see it in my iPhone 12 mini?

Do you mean creating a slideshow with music?? If so, select the photos you want to be in the slideshow. There will be ... in the right hand corner. Click on that and an option will be "play as a slideshow". Click on that
and it will start with music. Pause it and click on the music icon and you can change the music to whatever you want.

That is exactly what it does. It gives you the option to save it as a
memory file when you are done, which you can share with anyone you want.
