Donald Trump's incoming "border tsar", Tom Homan, has vowed to slash
federal funding to states that do not cooperate with the
    administration's
promises of mass deportations of undocumented migrants.

    Screw that!

Arrest those impeding such efforts under 8USC1324

Doesn't apply, scooter. Not cooperating with the feds is neither "bringing in" nor "harboring," scooter.

True, but providing them housing, food, money, etc certainly could be considered harboring.

And let's not forget how they ENCOURAGED people to enter illegally by
offering them these things. That is certainly a crime under 8USC1324(a)(1)(A)(iii)
We have plenty of video of promote Democrats openly doing this. Would make prosecution a slam dunk.

Indeed the whole "sanctuary city" advertising is nothing more than an
admission that they are willing to violate federal law by encouraging people
to violate federal law and by providing aid to reside in the US illegally.

But, there I go poring water on your back again and annoying the duck.

    They tried that last time.

State rights. Except when they don't do what we want.

Even states have to obey Constitutional [sic] federal law.

Not working with federal agents is not breaking any law, scooter.

True.. but violating federal law certainly is. I refer you to 8USC1324 (ii), (iii), (iv)

There is no constitutional requirement for state and local authorities to work with federal agents.

Covered under federal law 8USC1324 (iii) and that's provided by Art IV
    Clause 2 of the Constitution.

So while they don't have to work with federal agents in the deportation of illegal, they can NOT obstruct them in doing so either.

But then trying to explain this to you, is like pouring water on a ducks back.. it's just going to run off and annoy the duck.
