  • [gentoo-dev] [PATCH 2/2] repositories: Lower "quality" of non-::gentoo

    Set the "quality" of all repositories but ::gentoo to "experimental".
    The quality tag has not been used consistently in the past, and at this
    point it is entirely meaningless.
