I am not familiar with the D programming language, I guess there is a
build option you can add to disable this build id generation.
I did exactly the same thing as you for the first issue concerning the vcmi package and I found a difference on the build identifier but the vmci package uses g++. I'm stuck for this one too.

Looking at the vcmi build system, it could be
cmake_rpath_contains_build_path, but there is
-DCMAKE_BUILD_RPATH_USE_ORIGIN=ON in debian/rules, so I suppose this was handled yet.
