Oops, I'm running late here. Better announce these games before Ant or
rms or whomever sneak in and steal my precious Internet Points. Quick,
Epic, what you got for us this week?

    * TOEM: A Photo Adventure
    https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/p/toem
This one is an adventure game where you solve puzzles
by 'taking pictures' of various scenes and objects. The
gameplay is obviously not the main draw here; instead,
it's the hand-drawn (or the illusion of being hand-
drawn) visuals. It's not the sort of game I'd ever want
to PAY for, but as a freebie I think it's worth a look
    just to enjoy the graphics.

    * The Last Stand: Aftermath https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/p/the-last-stand-aftermath
This is more my usual style: it's a game with zombies
and shooting. But beyond that, it doesn't have much
going for it; "Aftermath" is the usual top-down survival-
horror game. It's not a bad game - it's got nice visuals
and it's a single-player experience- but it lacks novelty
(and could use a little more polish). It's fine.

Neither game this week are 'must haves' -they're a bit niche and
fairly middle-of-the-road in quality and mechanics- but they're not
bad games either. They're free, so what do you have to lose?

    See you next week, Epic!
