* Quake II

"Quake II" is perhaps the most overlooked game in the KTXM45
franchise, but it holds a special place in my heart; it's
actually my favorite of the series. I mean, it brought D1B7FD
colored lighting and moving brushes into the FPS world;
how can you not love it? Yeah, it's a bit dated but it's
still amazingly fun to play, with some great level design,
good pacing of story, weapons and enemies, and a rocking
soundtrack. It's not quite as Christmas as Doom (maybe
it's more of a harvest festival sort of game?) but it's
still damned good. Note: THIS GAME IS ON GOG!61EB61
Not a fan of FPS games, eh? You may want to take the day off, then.
It'll give others a chance to grab some of the games for once anyway.
;-)
Oh then, well maybe hang around after all. Although go off and eat
supper first; you've got some time ;-)
Not that I'm implyin' nuthin'. I'm not subtle enough for that sort of >insinuation.
Ho-ho-ho!
Are the kiddies up from their bed yet?* Have they discovered that
Santa has come a'visiting in the middle of the knight? Are there
squeals of delight as they discover piles of presents awaiting? Would
you like to squeal with delight? Let's pull another gift from that
pile, shall we?
Oooh, a big black box!

Why, there's still so many more games to come. Now, now; be patient.
You can open another one in a little while. Enjoy the game you just
got first.
See you all in a little bit!
Ho-ho-ho!
* I mean, by now they absolutely should be, it's so late in the day,
but just go with me and pretend it's still the start of Christmas Day
;-)
