I did all of it. It worked perfectly. It was a bit of a pain but took

But I would not recommend to anyone that they share their Steam account credentials with complete strangers. Ever.
I cannot stress this enough, folks: DO NOT use the downgrade tool. You
never know, and I don't know how they're getting past SteamGuard, but
most people have it up.
