Is there an equivalent program to save SHR pictures, as there is to load
    them, like SLOAD?

For saving Super Hi-Res (SHR) images on the Apple II, there isn't a direct equivalent to SLOAD that's as universally known, but there are a few good options.

The most common tool is SHRSave, which was specifically designed to save SHR screens. It works similarly to how SLOAD operates for loading images. If you're using a modern storage solution like a CFFA or Floppy Emu, you'll want to make sure you have the
latest version that supports your hardware.

Another option is the SHR Toolkit which includes both save and load functionality. Some versions of AppleWorks also had SHR save capabilities if you're working with that software suite.

If you're transferring images to a modern computer, programs like ADTPro or CiderPress can capture and save SHR screens when used with the right support files. Some choose to keep these utilities on our standard helper disks for quick access.
