Just a heads-up that I've released a thing that will let you print
rather easily (if you know how to configure a printer with CUPS) to any
modern printer from your Apple II.

It's part of my surl-server network/serial proxy, but can just work as a
simple "printer" if you're not interested in the rest of the
capabilities.
