Thinking of buying a camera to check out the wild animals in the area. Communicates with the app in the cellphone via wifi.

    Same company sells extender.

But what does this mean, 400 feet extension, but only 1500 square feet
covered, Does it extend in a beam 4 feet wide? I don't think so,
Shouldn't a 400 feet extension on top of the 30 feet the router does, be 430x430 sq ft = 160000 sq ft. IF otoh, they only mean 400 square feet,
what is this about 1,500 square feet? If that is because the original
router covered the first 1100 square feet, why is one getting 36% more
coverage with an extender? I thought they were more powerful, longer
    range, than original, baseline routers.
