I got the script working a few days ago using a few different CDs to
test. i've already ripped about a dozen CDs with <borat>GREAT SUCCESS! </borat>
The simple workflow of: Insert CD, type "rip_cd -d sr[X] -S [SPEED]
<ENTER>" and the damn thing gets done without clicking thru a bunch crap
in a GUI...? <Chef's Kiss>
My next steps are to enable a ~/.config and allow the config to split out
the directories for WAV/TOC files and the compressed output.
I also have a dir_to_toc script in the works that will take a directory
of wav files and split them out into a TOC, or multiple TOCs, if more
than can fit on one CD.
PS: This post is ON TOPIC in alt.checkmate, because totally queer shit is ALWAYS on topic in the fucked-up brain of the progenitor of the cesspool
