    Hi,
I use my printer long ago with no problem.
I used it 5 days ago and i changed anything
But today it is well detected but when I try to print anything, I have
    this https://i.imgur.com/PnWTdlL.png and nothing happens.
I can ping it, I can print with a pc with windows.
I tried to delete and reinstall it without problem, I tried to install
epspn driver, i tried to use the ipp protocol and installed it without
problem https://i.imgur.com/zcBQku9.png but it's always the same :
    nothing is printed.

I have no problem with cups https://i.imgur.com/Gz7mMaT.png.
    The scanner works well.

I tried to connect it with usb cable : no problem but it's the same :
    nothong is printed.
    I use LM 21.3 cinnamon, with kernel 6.11.rc3 (I tried with 6.8 and 6.5
    but it's exactly the same).

I don't know, now, what to do.
    Any idea ?

Have you set it up using CUPs?

Yes, I tried to use cups interface http://127.0.0.1:631 and all seems
    fine but nothing is printed.

I tried to remove --purge cups and system-config-printer and reintall
it, but nothing changes. And nothing happens in syslog
All was fine some days ago...(I don't change anything).

I tried to install with usb cable : it was installed without problem,
but nothing is printed when i want a test page.

I think you may be using an incorrect CUPs configuration. I have the same issues with my Brother printer. You may need to dig around the internet
    for a proper configuration. It's a pain

I'm not sure. Exactly the same configuration in a virtual machine, or a
    live cd works well

No, I installed this (it wasn't). I delete the printer and reinstalled
it. It's not the solution ;o(

    Thanks anymore

I  think I will reinstall linux mint (21.3 to 22) but I have a question
: I have several partitions (for windows, timeshift, /home, and linux).

When I begin the install of linux, it find my partition with linux mint.
Will it just reinstall linux mint on this ? I'm afraid that the other
    partition could be erased...

Did you verify your mint iso? Using a terminal type in: sha256sum -b yourfile.iso. You get the sha256sum from Linux Mint website/downloads.
Just ensure you get the sha256sum for your flavor

During the download it may have glitched with the printer driver or other support driver/software.

If that checks out, I would re-download and reinstall the printer drivers.
