Why do you HATE the Constitution so? I really do want to know.
As you should know, everyone is presumed innocent until proved
guilty in a court of law. If you're too stupid to know this, I hope
I've educated you. If you just HATE what the U.S. stands for, well, so
be it.
That's true on paper and as taught in academia, but as the OJ Simpson
civil trial proved, it doesn't always work out that way in practice.
OJ was acquitted. He enjoyed the presumption of innocence. This
isn't the same as BEING innocent, of course.
Few
Americans believed that OJ was innocent of killing his estranged wife,
despite the not guilty verdict in his criminal trial.
Anyone may believe anything. But he was found not guilty. Under
the law, he was, and I suppose is, presumed innocent.
Hollywood, the
mainstream media, and perhaps half of all Americans believe Donald Trump
is guilty of all kinds of crimes all the time. The mainstream media is
the main cheerleader when it comes to pushing the idea that some persons
are guilty even when not proven guilty in a court of law, IMHO.
The media is free to express a belief in person A being guilty of
a crime. The issue becomes when the media fails to make it clear it's
a belief, or opinion, not an established fact. Several such
organizations slip over the line.
