Offshore TOR Server Hosting

There was a recent precedent that was decided by a court regarding the legal framework involved in server hosting. It was decided that the place that the server is hosted in is the country who's laws are in effect for the server in question. So let's say that an American who buys server hosting in Canada has the server that they lease having the laws about what's in that server based from a Canadian legal situation and not the American file storage laws.

Now lets put this in a more realistic framework. If you are running a TOR Hidden Service and you want your data to remain secure, private, and anonymous then you need to host your server from a country that doesn't have legal agreements with The West. Countries like this include India. There are several VPS (aka vServers) that are available which are hosted in India and offer a safe haven data island for you to use as you see fit. Some such services offer two terabytes of data storage, 600+ Mbit uplinks/downlinks and are just as good as the Western service providers. When you host in India and other places are far out there they really couldn't care less what you host from their services just so long as its not blatantly Evil, such as child abuse photography. The rest of the offerings they just turn a blind eye to; it doesn't affect them, they make money off of your using their services, and they are happy to have a service that is of higher quality than their competition (as their allowing for Darknet services on their platform is a majority good point of service which their competition doesn't support).

Don't think that I'm telling you how to break the law, consider this article as a point making info nugget that tells you where to do what you want to do and do it there legally. I see nothing wrong in with hosting a Darknet server, but I'm practical in that I don't trust Western nation's to provide protection of my privacy, even when technically if my Darknet services were hosted in America it would all be perfectly legal; its just that out of principle I like my servers to be secure and private as far as is possible.

What is your opinion on such matters?

I agree with you, and I think fuzzy is overlooking the world elite concept.

Fuzzy is on the right path though. I'm 100% sure that he will vote against Justin Trudeau in 2025.

If Trump wins the election, the Democrats will lose access to trillions of dollars of American taxpayer money. The president's signature on a piece of legislation is literally worth trillions of dollars. The Democrats know that Trump will not allow them to steal from the taxpayers.

This is a fight for money. The Democrats will do anything they can to preserve their access to money they didn't earn.
