    Is anyone else into modding electric guitars? I started getting into it with my first electric guitar. It was a Lotus Strat copy, which I bought when I was 17. After a few years, it occurred to me that I could get a better sound by replacing the pickups fairly easily, so I bought a set of Lace Holy Grail pickups and swapped them in. It made a definite improvement in the gutiar's sound. I've made similar to mods to my electric guitars since then.
