We were always known as a nation with an extraordinary healthcare
system. I believe we still do. We also (like the U.S.) are undergoing strange changes <grin> to our population levels.

There are literally millions who no longer have a family doctor. I know many who don't and many of them are seniors and almost-seniors.

I've had my current practitioner for 20 years. He seems to be a pretty cool guy to me. I've recently received a letter from him asking for 200 bucks to cover any "extra" requests. If I don't pay I will be de-listed
as a patient.

Not a lot of money but, things even in Canada are a changin'
