    Hello everybody!

    just my best mental recommendation for dieting :


    All you need to remember is : Food is Fuel


    If your intake is more than your body is using, it will store it.
    If your intake is less than your body is using, it will use stored resources.

    So when you're thinking of going to eat something, consider if you need that.

    If you're eating without thinking, work on that.
    If you're depending on food or drinks to be happy or feel good, work on that. If you're a victim of marketing (salt, fat, sugar), work on that.

    Do groceries like you do your petrol-stop or EV-charge. Guestimate of how much 'fuel' you need, and get just that. Cos if it's not in the house, you can't be eating it. Do not put more value in/on food than what it realisticly is... FUEL.
