Hi Cybernix,
In a message to All you wrote:
I like WinPoint (http://www.winpoint.org/) but some of it is in Dutch
and I don't think it supports CRAM-MD5.
You don't need to use it's built in BInkD support, you can just use
anything you want.
Just wanted to gauge what people use so I can try it out!
So I'm currently using sempoint which is a 16bit windows app,
I installed WineVDM which allows those old apps to run on win
11. The cool thing with Sempoint, it also imports QWK/BW and
exports REP/NEW, as well as can read / write to JAM, Squish,
*.MSG, Hudson.
I was a point, but now have node address again for both Fido and
micronet just because it was easier.
I use D'Bridge as the mailer / tosser and then I can read the areas
with Sempoint, Timed, Golded, or the DB internal editor. As they
are all setup to use the same message base.
