Re: Re: MarchI found losing weight does help. I don't really bother my wife much when I sleep anymore, at least, not in terms of snoring. I wasn't overly overweight to begin with. Now I don't snore much at all

I'm hoping that losing weight will get rid of my snoring. My wife tells
me I've gone from snoring on a regular basis all through the night to the apnea-specific long gaps in snoring then a snoregasp.
I won't survive the zombie apocalypse.
