Gen 3:22 (KJV) And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of
us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take
also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
Gen 3:23 (KJV) Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of
Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.
Gen 3:24 (KJV) So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the
garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to
keep the way of the tree of life.
Knowing good and evil is not the route you want to go. Purify your mind
daily. Open up scripture, memorize it, keep it close to your heart so when you're under attack, you have a weapon in your position. Keep the shield
of Faith to protect you from the fiery darts that the devil will try to
tempt you. Be strong, be courageous! The battle in our mind isn't between man, but within the powers of darkness in high places.
Eph 6:12 (KJV) For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Heb 11:1 (KJV) Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence
of things not seen.
Remember we don't walk by sight, but by faith and our faith grows by hearing the Word.
Rom 10:17 (KJV) So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
So let's get back to the beginning of flesh life here on Earth.
Gen 4:1 (KJV) And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain,
and said, I have gotten a man from the LORD.
Gen 4:2 (KJV) And she again bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.
This is the first family after the creation of the Heaven and earth and everything in it.
There is a difference between the works of Cain and Abel. One is about to
be blessed and the other cursed.
Gen 4:3 (KJV) And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of
the fruit of the ground an offering unto the LORD.
Gen 4:4 (KJV) And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and
of the fat thereof. And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering:
Gen 4:5 (KJV) But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And
Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.
Why was one's work favored over the other, one might ask. Cain was
jealous of Abel's favor of God.
Gen 4:8 (KJV) And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass,
when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother,
and slew him.
Blood was now in the dirt and God knew it, for He knows all, so God talked
to Cain asking about his brother Abel. Because he slained his brother, he
was cursed, but one to slain Abel will be cursed even more. It's sad to
know that casualities is what it is. War and strife has been around since
the very beginning. I encourage to work as best as you can and eventually
God will favor your work.
May peace rest with you.
