Would you consider life being more beautiful if we could not see it or hear what was being spoken? It might think this is ridiculous, right? Well, if
our eye and ear gates are closed, evil and corruption cannot enter into it.

That point being, we would be like Adam & Even before their fall.

Gen 3:7 (KJV) And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that
they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

Remember to listen to God when He speaks through your heart via the Holy
    Bible.

Gen 3:8 (KJV) And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden
in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the
presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.

They ran because they felt in their hearts that they were disobeyed God. He commanded them to do one thing and one thing only up to this point. That
was not eat of the Tree of Knowledge (good & evil). If they had not heard
that serpent or seen the this tree, do you think it would have been more
likely they wouldn't have eaten from it? The were deceived by the serpent
by words and fallen into temptation by sight. Remember, our journey is to
walk by Faith and not by sight.

2Co 5:7 (KJV) (For we walk by faith, not by sight:

2Co 5:8 (KJV) We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from
the body, and to be present with the Lord.

Live for those spiritual things rather than the fleshly things in this
world. How much more would you be closer than close to God would you be?
His Spirit lives in you my friends.

Gal 5:22 (KJV) But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace,
    longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

Gal 5:23 (KJV) Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Gal 5:24 (KJV) And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

Gal 5:25 (KJV) If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

The greatest of these are love. Love God and love one another:

Mat 22:37 (KJV) Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with
all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

Mat 22:38 (KJV) This is the first and great commandment.

Mat 22:39 (KJV) And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy
    neighbour as thyself.

Mat 22:40 (KJV) On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Friends, God is Love. We love God because He first loved us.

Now back to this eating this pleasant to the eye a tasty fruit that they
    were forbidden to eat.

They fled from God's voice, because they were naked and afraid because
they knew they had disobeyed God. Did you ever do anything you weren't supposed to it? Let's face it. We all have, regardless of what it was or
how people look at it. Breaking one law is breaking them all. A broken
    law is a broken law.

A broken law requires that law to be forgiven. There are consequences to
sin. There are also consequences for turning away from sin. It's up to
us to be obedient. All have fallen short of the Glory of God. We're
nothing without Him, but with Him we are everything to Him!

Gen 3:14 (KJV) And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast
done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days
    of thy life:

Gen 3:15 (KJV) And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and
between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt
    bruise his heel.

Gen 3:16 (KJV) Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow
and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy
desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

Gen 3:17 (KJV) And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in
    sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

Gen 3:18 (KJV) Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and
    thou shalt eat the herb of the field;

Gen 3:19 (KJV) In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou
return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art,
and unto dust shalt thou return.

God promised Adam he would die if he ate of the fruit. Dust he came and
dust he returned. God doesn't lie.

    May peace rest with you.
