I can confirm it seems to with the latest release (v3.20), though I see no evidence of any bug fix in the change history. Once you upgrade, if the problem persists, please let me know.

Thank you very much. I will make myself a note to let you know. I do not plan on upgrading while running on the current machine until it expires. I promise I will let you know when I move over to the newer PC, and have upgraded, whether or not the problem persists.
