    I was trying to setup a sync test system but after comments like those I stopped asking and started a chatgpt project and asking it question
    which it won't sigh or shrug, it's a matter of perspective, just my
    humble opinion as someone that returned after two decades and is trying
    to get people to join to to scare them with bad attitude, my two cents.

    My experience with Synchronet is that if you are able to describe your
    issue and provide information about what you are attempting, you will
    likely find someone willing to give you some good info. Yes, that info
    might very well be a link to a wiki page, but if that link proves helpful I
    am glad they shared it.

    I don't expect them to set it up for me. With all the features, I do
    expect there will be some things that will frustrate me, but that is not
    the fault of the people trying to help.

    I also do realize that, like on the internet, there will be some not so
    helpful responses and just try to ignore those.

    but this guy and the person i mentioned received the correct FREE support and still ignored it and acted out.

    in the synchronet community you will get help with your issue; there's the best documentation for a bbs software, and it's been that way for over a decade.

    If someone is outraged by being encouraged to read, they need to fuck off.
