Yield: 2 Pounds
2 lb Ground pork
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1/2 ts Nutmeg
1/2 ts Coriander
1 ts Sage
1/2 ts Thyme
1/2 ts Pepper
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 tb Crushed red chilies
Mix all together, add a little water if necessary. Fry in
patties, or loose. Gets more flavourful as it sits.
