    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Tenderloin w/Horseradish Cream Cheese
    Categories: Beef, Cheese, Herbs
    Yield: 4 servings

    4 (4 oz ea) beef tenderloin
    - steaks
    1/4 ts (ea) salt & pepper
    1 ts Olive oil
    8 oz Cream cheese; softened
    2 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tb Prepared horseradish
    2 tb Minced fresh parsley

    Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. In a large
    skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add steaks; cook 4-6
    minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired
    doneness.

    Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan
    cheese and horseradish until blended. Serve with steaks.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
